How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within three days of your order, and then take 5 to 9 days to reach your doorstep. Detailed shipping times can found in our shipping policy page.

 

What's your return policy?

We offer RISK FREE 90 days of money back guarantee if you don't like our product or change your mind. This is in addition to one year of product warranty.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if done 2 hours after you purchased.

 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you ordered when you checkedout then simply notify us with a picture of the product. We will sent you another one.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange give sent us the email and we will accomodate based on scenario. 

 

How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

I received a damaged item, what do i do?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number and picture. We will replace the order or full refund you.
